We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location is superb, with easy access to the ski slopes. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning service was top-notch. The breakfast options were great, with a good mix of Western and Japanese dishes. We especially loved the outside onsen, a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. the service, amenities, and location of this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast was the best and incredibly nice, we truly enjoyed a great selection of meals. The staff are courteous, managed the parking onsite. The hotel is set in a great location very close to train station, the slopes and Chinese restaurants half board.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and we had a brand-new room. Units with mountain view. The location seemed unbeatable down the hill.
